Finance Manager (Part-Time, 25 Hours per Week)

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance function and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining financial records and systems.
- Working with Sage 200 and supporting ongoing system development.
- Producing monthly management accounts and reports.
- Managing profit and loss reporting and trial balance reconciliations.
- Full responsibility for credit control and cash management.
- Bank reconciliations and month-end processes.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and statements.
- Supporting VAT, tax and audit preparation activities.
- Assisting with wider business administration, including insurance and finance-related matters.
- Ensuring financial controls and procedures are followed throughout the organisation.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience within a similar environment is essential
. - You will be an organised and proactive finance professional who enjoys working within a collaborative environment and taking ownership of your workload.
- Experience using Sage 200 is essential.
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills are required.
- A methodical and process
