As an International Compliance Technical Coach/Caseworker
, you'll combine technical expertise, leadership and complex casework to support the Island's commitment to tax transparency. Working with reporting frameworks including CRS, FATCA and CARF, you'll provide specialist guidance, develop colleagues, influence strategy and help drive high standards across compliance operations.

You’ll be at the centre of work that has both local and global significance, tackling complex challenges, building trusted relationships across the financial services sector and contributing to internationally important reviews and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help shape future policy, strengthen compliance approaches and support the Island in meeting its international obligations.
