Sussex Local Authority is seeking an Environmental Health Officer (Food) to join the Food Safety team on a 6-month contract in Sussex. The role involves high-risk inspections, enforcement and incident investigations with flexible full-time or part-time hours.
Applicants should have an Environmental Health degree, EHRB registration and a Higher Certificate in Food Safety. Evening/weekend work is possible and the contract length may be extended.
