Location: Stocksbridge, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (30 hours per week, includes occasional evenings and weekends)

We’re currently looking for an Activities Coordinator to join the team at Alpine Lodge in Stocksbridge
. If you’re someone who naturally brings warmth, energy and creativity wherever you go, and you love the idea of making each day meaningful for our residents, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities.
  • Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all.
  • Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones.
  • Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement.
  • Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety.
  • Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing.
  • Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and able to motivate others.
  • Passionate about improving the lives of older people.
  • Able to work flexibly across some evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a care or activity setting is a bonus, but we’re just as interested in your personality and values.
