Consultant Anaesthetist

One Health is looking for a qualified Consultant Anaesthetist to join our growing Anaesthetic Team. This is a full-time employed position with work carried out within a range of independent sector hospitals. The applicant will be subject to the relevant practicing privileges at each hospital and must be prepared to travel between locations.

The applicant should have experience working as a substantive Consultant within the NHS, must be on the GMC Specialist Register, and have no licensing restrictions.

The role involves providing anaesthetic services to our surgeons for NHS patients undergoing elective surgery. Surgical specialties include Orthopaedic, Spinal, General Surgery, and Gynaecology. Theatre lists are held at multiple locations, and the applicant will be expected to travel between hospital sites.

Our Head Office is in Sheffield, but the successful candidate will work remotely across various locations and hospitals. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
