Tailored Highway Support ltd is one of the UK’s leading NHSS 12 training providers. We collaborate closely with our client base to offer quality training and produce competent operatives through the NHSS and NRSWA HAUC assessments.

  • We are looking for the right individual to join our team and enhance the business they must be a qualified NHSS 12 A/B/D trainer and assessor and NRSWA SLG 01 S1 assessor. The right candidate will join THS and deliver Lantra approved training and assessments and work closely with the IQA team, centre Manager, and current trainers & assessors within THS.

    The right candidate must have the right attitude, be very motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to what THS is about. Those applying MUST be a current NHSS 12AB & 12D Lantra Awards approved trainer/assessor without any current sanctions and hold a full UK driving licence and ideally but not essential hold IPV, M7, NRSWA SLG and 12C qualifications. You must be based between Derbyshire and North Yorkshire and as far West as Liverpool.

    The starting salary will be £42,000 PA rising on completion of a probationary period and you will be supplied with a small van, fuel card, hotels, and expenses where required. the role will be UK wide and will involve some staying away.
  • We are looking for the right individual to join our team and enhance the business by becoming a qualified NHSS 12 A/B/D trainer and assessor and NRSWA SLG 01 S1 assessor. The right candidate will be mentored over the coming months to gain the required national qualifications to become a Lantra approved trainer and assessor and work closely with the IQA team, centre Manager, and current trainers & assessors within THS.

    The right candidate must have the right attitude, be very motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to what THS is about. Those applying MUST be a current NHSS 12AB LTMO or above, NHSS 12D M1,2,3,4,5,6 holder, hold a full UK driving licence and ideally but not essential hold IPV, M7, NRSWA SLG and 12C qualifications. You must be based between Derbyshire and North Yorkshire and as far West as Liverpool.

    The starting salary will be £38,000 PA rising on completion of qualifications and you will be supplied with a small van, fuel card, hotels, and expenses where required.

MUST be based between Derbyshire and North Yorkshire and as far West as Liverpool. Committed to what THS is about. Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback Proficiency in maintaining accurate training and assessment records Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
