We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Physiotherapist to join our team in Lincolnshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential physiotherapy care to inpatients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs, contributing to patient care plans, and supporting overall healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ward rounds
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC
- Recent inpatient experience
- Strong clinical knowledge of physiotherapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices
