We are building Regeneron’s newly created International Oncology organisation, and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist (Skin) to join our UK field team across South West and South Wales. In this role, you’ll strengthen engagement with Healthcare Professionals, shape account plans, and build support with key people in Oncology. You’ll combine scientific confidence with thoughtful, compliant selling to help optimise clinical practice.

You’ll have clear ownership of your territory, backed by close medical and commercial partnership, with plenty of scope to grow your impact.

Responsibilities
  • Meet HCPs to share science, messaging, and local value

  • Keep product and indication knowledge current and compliant

  • Build and update account plans using data and market insight

  • Segment and target accounts in line with UK guidance

  • Partner with medical and commercial colleagues to deliver programmes

  • Use face-to-face, remote, and digital channels to engage customers

  • Report performance, trends, opportunities, and risks to UK leadership

  • Represent Regeneron Oncology at meetings and congresses when required

What this role may be for you
  • You enjoy building trusted relationships across a defined territory

  • You tailor conversations to different HCP and account needs

  • You like using data to shape clear, practical account plans

  • You balance independence with close cross-functional collaboration

  • You can communicate complex science in a simple, compliant way

  • You keep organised when priorities shift and timelines are tight

  • You are comfortable working across in-person and digital engagement

  • You travel frequently across South West and South Wales

To be considered, you will have a Bachelor’s degree (or recognised equivalent for sales professionals) and be qualified in the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice (for example, ABPI or EFPIA). You’ll bring strong customer engagement capability, technical aptitude for disease and concept selling, and the ability to adapt your approach to the audience. You should be confident working with data, multiple systems, and CRM tools, and be fluent in English.

Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sales (ideally 5+ years), oncology selling, melanoma or non-melanoma skin cancer, and launch experience are all welcomed.
