We are seeking a skilled and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support clients with a range of complex health needs in their own homes.

You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enables our clients to live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence.

You will be working with clients who may require:

• Tracheostomy or ventilator care
• PEG feeding
• Catheter or stoma care
• Spinal or brain injury support
• Medication administration and monitoring

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have previous complex care experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Live in Wiltshire (we are unable to support relocation)
• Be reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding care
• Be eligible to work in the UK (we can offer sponsorship for the right candidate)
