The Sheffield Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (SCFT) is seeking an experienced and motivated HSCT Quality Manager to support our Haemopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) Programme. This is a vital role ensuring our service continues to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Job SummaryAs an accredited programme under the Joint Accreditation Committee ISCT‑Europe & EBMT (JACIE), and licensed by the Human Tissue Authority (HTA), we require a dedicated professional to help us maintain and further strengthen our quality management systems.
In This Pivotal Position, You Will Work Closely With the JACIE Programme Director (PD) And HTA Designated Individual (DI), Acting With Delegated Responsibility To:- Lead, develop and maintain the HSCT quality management system
- Drive continuous improvement to support ongoing accreditation and licensing
- Ensure all quality processes meet JACIE and HTA regulatory standards
- Highly organisational, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experienced in quality management within a healthcare or laboratory setting
- Confident working with regulatory standards and accreditation frameworks
- Able to build strong working relationships across clinical and laboratory teams
- Hold responsibility for the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSCT quality management system in compliance with regulatory standards to support continued accreditation and licensing.
- Hold responsibility for the management, organisation and compliance of HSCT Programme accreditation and licensing inspection processes.
- Participation and attendance in meetings relating to HSCT Programme activity.
- Supporting management of written agreements relating to the HSCT Programme.
