Operations​/Project Manager – Prostate Screening

Overview

As an Operations / Project Manager, you ll oversee the safe and efficient delivery of PSA clinics, MRI pathways and PRS processes across your region. You ll collaborate closely with clinical teams, university partners and NHS stakeholders to keep services running smoothly, hit all key performance targets and ensure every patient receives an excellent experience.

• Leading day-to-day operational delivery across multiple trial sites
• Coordinating clinics, staffing, resources and logistics
• Ensuring all services meet performance, safety and quality standards
• Building strong working relationships with partners, providers and stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting implementation of digital systems

Operations / Project Manager Prostate Screening

Remote role with occasional UKwide travel (Youll manage your own diary - typically 12 trips per month, potentially more during onboarding.) Flexible working within core office hours.

What youll be doing

• Leading daytoday operational delivery across multiple trial sites
• Coordinating clinics, staffing, resources and logistics
• Ensuring all services meet performance, safety and quality standards
• Building strong working relationships with partners, providers and stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting implementation of digital systems

What youll bring

• 3+ years experience in healthcare operations
• Strong communication, planning and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to manage complex pathways and multiple stakeholders
• A collaborative, patient centred and positive approach
