Are you a passionate and driven care professional ready to take the next step in your career? Hales Homecare is looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join our Sheffield team and help lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a creative mindset and a genuine commitment to improving lives through care.

As Deputy Care Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care every visit, every day. You'll:

• Support and develop both care and office teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with local authorities, CCGs, and community stakeholders to shape services.
• Participate in the out-of-hours support rota.
• Champion our values and represent the Hales brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Innovate and tailor services to meet individual client needs, ensuring quality and independence remain at the heart of everything we do.

We're seeking someone who is:

• Compassionate, resilient and confident in leading teams.
• Experienced in domiciliary care or any care service environment, ideally with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Skilled in communication, IT, and administration.
• A car driver with access to a vehicle.
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).

If you bring the right attitude and ambition, we'll support you to gain further qualifications, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
