Rated GOOD by CQC across all our services, we are looking to recruit a Community Supervisor to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

• Managing customer quality and care in your area, ensuring that initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored and kept up to date.
• Supporting carers to work through their induction programme, together with completing regular competency checks and spot checks.

• Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience (desirable).

• Providing care: 1 year (required).
• Supervisory: 1 year (preferred).

• Driving Licence (required).
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required).

• Monday to Friday.
• Weekend availability.

• Basic salary £25,000 per year, plus on‑call allowance (c £8,000).
