Staying Put is seeking two Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs) to join their team in Warwickshire. This role requires kind and empathetic individuals who are committed to challenging inequality and improving the lives of survivors impacted by domestic abuse.
The advocates will support women and children by providing expert advice and practical assistance, ensuring a trauma-informed approach. Candidates must have relevant experience and strong engagement skills, and be prepared to work in complex situations.
This full-time fixed term contract offers a salary of £26,701.36 per annum.
