Staying Put is seeking an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) in Warwickshire to support women and children affected by domestic violence. The role requires a skilled, values-driven individual who can work in complex, high-risk situations while maintaining empathy and respect.
The IDVA will work collaboratively using a trauma-informed and survivor-centered approach, understanding gendered power dynamics and structural barriers. This post is restricted to women under the Equality Act 2010.
