Mental Health Occupational Therapist – Hertfordshire
Occupational Therapist – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
Location: Hertfordshire
Contract: Fixed Term – 25 November to 26 November
Salary: £45,000 – £49,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide cover during maternity leave. The role involves supporting clients in residential mental health services, delivering person‑centred OT interventions, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized OT interventions
- Support clients’ functional skills, independence, and wellbeing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clinical records
- Assist with care planning and daily activities
- BSc (Hons) or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Previous OT experience in mental health or residential care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fixed‑term contract with clear start and end dates
