The Supporter Care Team is looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively liaise with healthcare professionals and NHS Trusts to support breast cancer patients. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Located in either London or Sheffield, the role allows for a hybrid working model.
You will be responsible for building connections and enhancing relationships to ensure timely access to trusted information for breast cancer patients. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £31,000 per annum depending on your work location.
