Joining us on a full time, 40 hour per week basis, you will work across 5 days.

Cygnet Hospital Sheffield:
Cygnet Hospital Sheffield offers general adolescent and intensive support CAMHS services for male and female adolescents over three distinct wards.
Job Summary:
To hold a caseload at site, managing all social care requirements for your allocated service users
To work in collaboration with other members of the Multi-Disciplinary team and other associated community professionals to deliver a comprehensive and joined up plan for treatment and support of all service users, including services users whoTo assist and support social work assistants with managerial and clinical supervision
To ensure continued registration as a Social Worker under Social Work England – ensuring continuous practise development and ensuring all relevant fees are paid
You are…A Registered Social Worker with Social Work EnglandA relevant Social Work qualification
Experienced in working within a mental health setting, or passionate about working in this field
Knowledgeable of safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, confidentiality issues & equality & diversity
An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Skilled in report writing with excellent literacy skills and attention to detail
