Nightingale is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge. We are hiring a Day Support Worker to work full time (42 hours/week) with 12 hour day shifts, delivering compassionate care at Nightingale.
You’ll provide enhanced care, support independence and report on needs. A DBS check is required; we offer apprenticeship opportunities, coaching and a supportive team environment.
