HCRG Care Group is seeking a registered nurse to join our Health Visiting Team in Leamington Spa and surrounding areas, delivering the Healthy Child Programme and safeguarding vulnerable families.
You will work under the supervision of a Health Visitor, supporting early identification of need, family-focused care and partnerships with Children’s Centres and community services to improve outcomes for children.
