Windrush Care is a Cheltenham-based, family-owned home care provider seeking carers to support older clients in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area. We offer flexible hours to fit around other jobs and family life, with a focus on person‑centred care and a healthy work‑life balance.
We provide a competitive hourly wage of £14.00 per hour (Mon‑Fri) and £14.75 per hour (weekends), plus enhancements for bank holidays and 40p per mile. Contracted hours available, dependent on availability.
