The Hearing Care Assistant (HCA) supports hearing specialists in delivering high-quality hearing care services. Full training will be provided for candidates who are not already qualified.
Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing appointments and maintaining records, while assisting with ear care, hearing aid maintenance and patient education. Training is provided where needed.
