A global healthcare leader is expanding its UK connectivity team and has three exciting opportunities for experienced Healthcare IT professionals looking to develop their careers within an innovative, international organisation.

This is a customer-facing role supporting the successful implementation and integration of connected medical device solutions across NHS and private healthcare organisations. Working alongside commercial, clinical, technical and service teams, you’ll help customers maximise the value of their technology by delivering seamless connectivity, providing technical expertise and supporting projects from planning through to deployment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer interaction and wants to play a key role in the adoption of connected healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support NHS and private healthcare customers with the implementation and integration of connected medical device solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout customer projects, from planning and installation through to optimisation and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with the commercial sales team, providing technical guidance during customer engagements, demonstrations and tender processes.
  • Collaborate with hospital IT departments, clinical users and third-party vendors to ensure successful systems integration.
  • Lead and support connectivity projects, ensuring delivery to agreed governance and project standards.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and advise on best practice for interoperability and cybersecurity.
  • Work across commercial, clinical, technical and service teams within a matrix organisation to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience

You’ll already have experience working within healthcare IT, connected medical devices or digital health and be confident working directly with customers in complex healthcare environments.

  • At least 3 years’ experience within healthcare IT, connected medical devices or digital health.
  • Strong technical knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, DICOM and FHIR.
  • Experience of healthcare systems integration and connectivity projects.
  • An understanding of hospital IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and interoperability.
  • Experience supporting NHS customers and working within regulated healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of NHS procurement, tender processes and healthcare structures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work confidently with customers, hospital IT teams, clinicians and commercial colleagues.
  • A degree or professional qualification in IT, Digital Technology or a related discipline.
  • PRINCE2 or other project management qualifications would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
