Gold Care Homes is recruiting a Support Worker to provide person-centered care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and ADHD. You will help residents live as independently as possible with dignity, compassion and respect, in a team-focused environment.
The role requires patience, strong communication skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. NVQ in Health and Social Care and prior care experience are desirable, with opportunities for training and development.
