Spirit Clinical Services seeks a Diabetes Health Educator to deliver the EMPOWER education programme to adult patients across North East and North Cumbria. The role is based in the North East region with flexible hours and a zero-hours contract, requiring travel within the area.
You do not need prior diabetes experience as full training will be provided, and you will become an essential part of a supportive team helping patients achieve sustainable health changes.
