Tip Top Job is hiring a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training programmes ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee L&D across residential and nursing homes in the North West, with travel to other regions as needed.
Key responsibilities include designing diverse courses, delivering training to multi-site teams, assessing learning outcomes against Skills for Care and CQC standards, and supporting induction and Champion programmes.
