Towerview care are recruiting for a Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Loxley Court.

The role

As a Wellbeing and Engagement Coordinator you will provide outstanding person-centered care and be instrumental in delivering Tower views Wellbeing and Engagement program. Our program focuses on five areas of stimulation that can help to enhance a persons physical and mental wellbeing and contribute to a good quality of life. Working with residents their families and the wider care team you will help create an engaging and stimulating environment that enables individuals to live their lives the way they want to.

You will be responsible for designing and organising, in conjunction with the people we support, a range of person-centred stimulating meaningful and engaging activities within the home and local community. In addition, you will be responsible for:
