Waythrough is seeking a Casual Crisis Recovery Worker for our Lancashire services at Willow House (Coppull) and Oak House (Burnley) to support people in crisis. The role is a 0-hour casual contract with hourly pay between £13.65 and £17.79, reflecting experience and progression within the band.
You will work with people facing mental health challenges, helping them stay safe and supported for 3–7 days, maintain records, and collaborate with wider teams.
