Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service is looking for committed individuals to join our On-Call Firefighter Talent Pool. As an On-Call Firefighter, you’ll help protect your local community by responding to emergencies, supporting community safety initiatives and working as part of a skilled team.
No previous firefighting experience is required as full training will be provided. On-Call Firefighters come from all walks of life.
