Cygnet in Sheffield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD) to join Sheffield Day Services. The role is 30 hours per week with a pattern to be discussed will support people with learning disabilities and complex health needs, delivering high-quality nursing care and maintaining care plans.
You will contribute to assessments, reporting, and medication management, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and reduce risks. DBS checks are required.
