The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to lead the ICU clinical pharmacy service. You will provide expert pharmaceutical care during ward rounds and carry out complex medication reviews to ensure safe and effective patient care.
In addition to clinical duties, you will mentor trainee pharmacists and students, contribute to audits, and help develop local ICU guidelines.
