We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Physiotherapist with Paediatric experience to join our supportive and friendly team based at The Den, Chesterfield Royal Hospital. Together we are proud to deliver the highest standards of clinical quality, patient care and staff experience. The team provides Specialist Physiotherapy Services to children 0-18 with Neurodevelopmental difficulties, across North Derbyshire. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and work autonomously across a variety of settings including special and mainstream schools, hospital and community clinics and patient's homes.
You will assist with CPIP's and DCD clinics and support audit and patient feedback projects. The role demands excellent team working, time keeping and communication skills. We provide support, regular clinical supervision and the opportunity to further develop clinical skills through in house training programmes and externally funded courses. We have excellent links with other teams in Specialist Children's Services and with our Education and Social Care colleagues.
A car driver with a full current driving licence is essential. For disabled applicants; suitable alternative arrangements may be agreed, if necessary., You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to support children, young people and their families by assessing their needs and devising appropriate interventions. You will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload and work autonomously across a variety of settings which may include special and mainstream schools, hospital and community clinics and patient's homes.

This post would be ideal for a Physiotherapist with relevant experience who wishes to further develop specialist paediatric skills. We have excellent links and working arrangements with other teams in Specialist Children's Services and with Education and Social Care teams.
You will work as part of a supportive and friendly team based at The Den, our purpose-built centre for children's services at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
