You'll work closely with the people we support, placing them at the centre of everything you do. Every day is different, and your role will involve supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes, develop independence, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful lives within their community. You'll become a positive role model, helping people feel safe, respected, valued, and empowered while promoting dignity, choice, and independence at every opportunity.

Your Responsibilities Support people in all aspects of daily living. Promote independence, choice, dignity, and person-centred care. Support individuals with personal care where required. Assist with medication in accordance with company procedures (following training). Support individuals to access education, employment, volunteering, appointments, shopping, holidays, and community activities. Build positive, trusting relationships through kindness, patience, and consistency. Encourage people to develop life skills, confidence, and independence.

Complete relevant paperwork, daily recordings, reports, and electronic documentation. Undertake household tasks to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Support individuals with their emotional wellbeing, health needs, and care plans. Work alongside colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, social workers, CQC, and other partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes. Promote safeguarding and ensure the welfare, dignity, and rights of the people we support remain the highest priority at all times.
