Account Manager

We are looking for Account Managers to join our team within our Medical Device testing laboratory at Peterborough.

As an Account Manager at Test Labs, you will build lasting relationships with medical device manufacturers, understand their testing needs and drive account growth. You will generate leads, develop new business opportunities and work closely with our laboratory teams to keep clients informed and supported – from initial enquiry to final report.

• Develop creative and tailored account strategies to maximise client value and drive business growth.
• Oversee client satisfaction, ensuring that expectations are met or exceeded.
• Taking responsibility for the customer satisfaction surveys (NPS) associated with their study and ensuring feedback is 9 or 10.
