Spirit Clinical Services is seeking a Diabetes Health Educator to deliver the EMPOWER programme to adult patients in Hertfordshire. Role allows face-to-face courses and online sessions (via Teams).
Evening and weekend availability is required, with remote delivery as needed. You don’t need prior diabetes experience; full training is provided, and transportation within the area is essential (car and UK driving licence).
