The post focuses on nutrition support in community settings, with occasional ward cover at Perth Royal Infirmary. You will work with colleagues to develop pathways and improve services while supervising Dietetic Support Workers.
You must be HCPC registered, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and enjoy independent, patient-centred care across GP practices and community settings.
