Solutions are seeking a motivated individual to work as a Guest Service Assistant at our hotel based in Sheffield.
Your day‑to‑day duties will include welcoming guests on arrival, communicating with guests to ensure their needs are met politely and friendly, working as part of a team to achieve collective goals, adapting to challenges in a fast‑paced environment, and checking guests in with a focus on attention to detail.

Pay Rate
:
Starts at £12.60 – £15.00 per hour
Shifts
: 6 am–2 pm, 2 pm–10 pm, or 10 pm–6 am
