Recruitment Consultant

Location: Ecclesfield

BDS Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency for the housing sector with 20 years experience supplying both permanent and temporary candidates to housing associations, charities and local authorities across the Country.

We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work from our Sheffield office in Ecclesfield.

The role will see you work closely with the recruitment manager to support and build on existing accounts as well as network for new relevant business and work with an established resourcing team to fill both temporary and permanent opportunities and run candidate attraction campaigns.

Duties will include:

* Identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities

* Resoucing and filling temp and perm jobs with existng clients

* Management of clients and candidates through recruitment process from carrying out initial interview to job offer, compliance and placement

* Social media campaigns and networking

* Candidate attraction campaigns

About you

You will have a previous track record of working within a fast paced recruitment office.

Experience of housing/public sector, or the built environment would also be an advantage but full training will be provided. You will be an excellent communicator with an ability to network and provide creative insight into development opportunities. We also welcome CV's from those with minimal experience at starter level.

Salary is based on experience and includes a generous bonus package.
