You’ll run a full 360 temp desk within the education sector — but don’t worry if you’re new to education; if you’ve ever thrived on a fast-paced temp desk (industrial, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, construction… anything!), you’ll be right at home.

Your role will include:

• Building relationships with schools, education professionals, and/or healthcare clients
• Growing your desk using smart, modern, creative marketing tools
• Winning new business and nurturing existing accounts
• Driving candidate attraction and retention
• Ensuring compliance and safeguarding best practices
• Working closely with our growing sales team and adding your unique strengths to the mix
• Being part of a high-performing, ambitious environment where progression is encouraged
