SAP Talent Resourcer

We are seeking a high-impact SAP Talent Resourcer with deep networks across the UK & I SAP ecosystem.

This role is critical to enabling AG’s hiring strategy across core SAP delivery, architecture, AMS, and niche capability areas. The successful candidate will bring strong SAP-only recruitment experience, proven market mapping capability, and existing relationships across SAP partners, specialist agencies, and the UK SAP consultant community.

This is a hands‑on sourcing and intelligence‑led role, supporting HR, SLT and Delivery Leadership with speed, quality, and market insight.

Role Type:

• Fixed‑Term Contract – 6/12 months (extendable based on performance)

Key

Skills:

• 1–2+ years of SAP-only recruitment or sourcing experience (UK market)
• Strong understanding of:
• SAP products, modules, and delivery models
• SAP Partner ecosystem in the UK & Ireland
• Proven capability in:
• Boolean search & Linked In Recruiter
• Direct headhunting
• CV screening and role matching
• Market mapping and intelligence gathering
• Highly organised, data‑driven, and delivery‑focused
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with SAP Partners or SAP‑focused recruitment firms
• Exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA, RISE, AMS, Digital Core programmes
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, multi‑role hiring environments
• Strong understanding of UK SAP salary trends and contractor vs perm dynamics
