The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, youll take ownership of a busy desk focused on the trades and labour sector and you will be responsible for:
Building and nurturing relationships with construction businesses across the region. Sourcing and placing skilled candidates into high-demand roles. Growing your client portfolio through business development and networking. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement. Meeting activity and revenue targets with autonomy and support. What Youll Bring Proven experience in recruitment (any sector). Strong planning, resilience, and self-management skills. A confident, consultative approach to client and candidate engagement.
