The purpose of the Payroll Manager is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the UK and internationally, managing the benefits whilst ensuring compliance:
Processing monthly payroll. Completing final payroll checks. Ensuring all employee data is maintained accurately within the HR system. Managing thethird-party payroll provider. Reviewing benefits provision. Other ad hoc duties as required . The person:
Previous payroll experience within a complex environment is essential. Proven ability to manage benefits providers and support annual reward cycles is required. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and data auditing capability are essential. You must be able to manage multiple deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
