PRS is looking to recruit a Senior 360 Lead Consultant for our Critical Environments division. You will join and lead a fast‑growing team in a billing manager role, driving full‑360 recruitment activities across the UK, Europe, and the US.

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical technical roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Deliver business growth through winning new business and meeting existing client targets.
• Motivate and support a team of recruiters to achieve superior results.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in critical, engineering, or technical recruitment.
• Experience in a full‑360 recruitment role with proven success in winning business.
• Track record of delivering to key accounts.
• Independent, high‑energy professional with strong motivation skills.
• International experience working in Europe and the US.
• Expertise in recruitment technology, including Linked In.
• Previous billing history of £300k+ in a contingent recruitment role.
• Desire to fast‑track a career in recruitment.

Base Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
