Part Time | HR Advisor - 2.5 to 3 Days Per Week

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global engineering company who are looking to appoint a part-time
HR Advisor at their Sheffield siteon a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role with a broad generalist remit. You'll partner closely with managers across the business, providing expert support on complex employee relations matters while also driving key HR activities including recruitment, performance management, absence management and employee engagement.

As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers across a range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
  • Coach and support managers to effectively manage employee performance, attendance and wellbeing.
  • Support recruitment and resourcing activities, with a particular focus on attracting and developing early careers talent.
  • Analyse HR data and KPIs to identify trends, provide insights and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, driving inclusion, diversity and the ongoing development of digitally enabled HR practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally experience within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and talent attraction.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
