Head First/Impellam Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join the People Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in Manchester with hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
You will manage complex employee relations cases across a diverse workforce, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to managers and stakeholders, and supporting organisational change initiatives.
