Lynn Bennett Resourcing is partnering with a North East client to recruit an experienced HR Manager. The role is permanent, reporting to the HR Director, and covers day-to-day operational HR across multiple sites with strategic influence on policies and programmes.
You’ll lead on complex employee relations, develop and embed HR policies, and provide expert guidance to leaders and managers. CIPD qualification and strong employment law knowledge are essential.
