Ground Control is seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our People team in the North of England. You will lead on complex employee relations matters, coach managers, and support strategic People activity to drive a fair, compliant and high-performing workplace.
You will provide practical, risk-based advice, partner with People Business Partners and senior leaders, and help deliver People initiatives across a large, dispersed workforce. CIPD qualifications and HR system experience are valued.
