Andersen James (AJ) is a fast‑growing global recruitment specialist operating in some of the world’s most in‑demand sectors: data centres, renewable energy, civil infrastructure, and construction. We’re expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for 2–3 people to join our Sheffield team and grow with us.

Recruitment is a sales job. It’s also a people job. You’ll be on the phone, building relationships with candidates and clients, matching exceptional talent to high‑impact roles across our core sectors. You’ll learn the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and winning clients, to managing the entire hiring process end‑to‑end.

We’re not hiring for experience. We’re hiring the person.

You might be a recent graduate who’s hungry and hasn’t found a role that matches your ambition yet. You might have a year or two in sales and want something with more earning potential and clear progression. You might be a former athlete who’s competitive to your core and knows how to show up every day.

• A genuine hunger to be great, not just good

No recruitment experience needed. No sector experience required. We’ll teach you everything, but we can’t teach drive.
