Halfords is seeking a People Support Administrator to deliver a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle. You’ll handle onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding, acting as the first contact for People queries and managing the people inbox.
You will work closely with the People team to improve processes, maintain Dayforce data, and ensure compliance with GDPR and UK employment laws while supporting a hybrid model from the Redditch area.
