The Role
Develop new business and grow existing client relationships
Source, interview and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
Manage the recruitment process from attraction through to placement
Ensure a compliant and professional recruitment service
About You
Recruitment, sales or business development experience preferred
Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Driven, proactive and target-focused
Passionate about delivering results and exceptional service
